No Official Status Confirmation
The site does not run an official warrant check and cannot certify whether a warrant exists, remains active, has been served, has been recalled, or has been cleared. OSCN and ODCR provide case and docket context, but OSCN says its information is not an official record. The Sheriff’s Most Wanted page is a curated subset and warns that its information may not be current. A city vendor result requires confirmation from the municipal clerk.
Different Courts and Custodians
The Muskogee County Court Clerk maintains District Court proceedings at 200 State Street, second floor, with listed phone 918-682-7873. The Sheriff at 220 State Street serves warrants and court process and lists 918-687-0202. Muskogee Municipal Court at 112 S 3rd Street lists 918-680-3101 for city court confirmation. Fort Gibson, Haskell, Warner, and Webbers Falls have separate municipal routes. A federal matter follows the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
Choose the custodian named on the paperwork. A Sheriff record request may not produce the court’s order, and a city payment page may not cover a county citation.
Most Wanted and Municipal List Safety
This site does not republish names, photos, mugshots, addresses, aliases, or live result cards. The Sheriff’s page says not to attempt apprehension. The Muskogee municipal disclaimer says a matching name only indicates that a person with that name may have a warrant. Do not use a public list to identify, monitor, threaten, or approach another person. For emergencies or crimes in progress, call 911.
Records Access Has Exceptions
The Oklahoma Open Records Act, 51 O.S. §§24A.1–24A.30, opens public records subject to exemptions. Juvenile records are confidential under 10A O.S. §2-6-102. Sealed, investigative, and personally identifying material may be withheld or redacted. A records request is not a current-status certificate, and the reviewed Sheriff and city pages do not promise a universal fee, timing, ID rule, or release format.
Ask the custodian whether the court, Sheriff, City Clerk, or municipal court holds the record. Do not submit another person’s sensitive details to this website.
FCRA and Prohibited Decisions
This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Information may not be used for credit, employment, tenant screening, insurance, housing, or any other FCRA-regulated purpose. It is not a background-screening service. Use the pages only to understand civic record routes, check a personal matter, help a family member, or locate the official office that can answer a court question.
Payment, Bond, and Legal Caution
The site does not accept payments, post bond, recommend a private bond company, arrange surrender, or promise that a vendor payment recalls a warrant. Muskogee city instructions say partial payment may need an approved plan and a warrant may need full payment, while Warner posts a local $20 FTA notice and Fort Gibson links a bond schedule that needs live review. Those details are venue-specific. Ask the issuing court for the current amount and official next step.
